At least one author must register in full to attend and present the paper.
Papers must be submitted to one topic only: Solid-state lasers or Fibre and waveguide devices. The programme committee may reassign topics unless the author explicitly objects.
Authors may optionally indicate participation in the special symposium on Quantum-Photonics Technologies.

The projector will use a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Poster Presentation
The poster board will accommodate an A0 poster in portrait orientation (width: 841 mm; height: 1189 mm).
It must include:
• Complete title
• Self-contained abstract
• Full author list and affiliations
• Text, figures, and references
• Permissions and attributions for copyrighted or trademarked material
No revisions are accepted after the submission deadline. Proofread carefully before submitting.
Submissions must be completed only via the online system, following the style guide and deadline. Papers sent by email, fax, or mail will not be accepted.

Non-English font packages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Chinese fonts such as MS-PGothic, MS-Gothic, MS-Mincho) must not be used, as reviewers cannot view them.

• References appear at the end in order of citation, 8 pt font, with bracketed numbering [1].
• A submission is complete only after all steps are finalized and a confirmation message is received online and by email.
• Do not use all-capital letters for names or titles (except acronyms).
• Ensure correct first name–surname order.
• Prefer full first names; academic titles should not be included.

• The submitter is fully responsible for the accuracy of author information. EPS will not edit submissions.

Papers are evaluated primarily on the two-page summary, which should clearly present original results rather than a general research topic.
Failure to meet deadlines, complete required fields, or follow formatting rules may result in rejection.
