Europhoton 2024 Exhibition:
A small table-top exhibit located next to the conference main room will allow publishing companies or laser and photonics related companies to present and promote their new products among attendees. It will be co-located with poster sessions and coffee breaks to allow easy and frequent contacts with the attendees.

Information to exhibitors
The exhibition space includes:
(i) One office table, two chairs. Tables not dressed. (ii) Power supply, WIFI internet. In Lithuania, power plugs and sockets (outlets) of type F are used. The standard voltage is 220 V at a frequency of 50 Hz. This type is commonly used in Europe. A power plug adapter for sockets type F may be required for other continents (not provided). (iii) One technical badge, one ticket to the conference dinner, one printed programme; link to download the presentations; (iv) one company listing on the meeting’s website with a link to the exhibitor’s URL (v) Exhibitor’s logo listed in the conference programme.
Exhibition fee: Euro 1,200.- per table.

All conditions are stipulated on the contract.
In order to be considered, the contract must be duly filled out. Upon its return, an invoice will be emailed requesting payment by bank transfer.
Deadline to return the signed contract: 15 July 2024. In case orders are received after that deadline, the exhibitor’s company profile will not be considered into the printed conference programme.
