Pre-registration and payment
Registration will open on 13 February 2012
Pre-registration
and payment is strongly recommended to speed up your pick-up
of registration materials at the conference and to save money. The pre-registration deadline is Monday 16 July 2012.
The registration fees for the meeting include admission
to all technical sessions of the main conference on
“Solid-State, Fibre and Waveguide Coherent Light Sources”, as
well as to the half-day special symposium on “From Femto-Science to Atto Science: Sources and Applications”. It includes coffee breaks. Lunches are
excluded. One copy of the technical digest in CD-format is also included.
The fees include also a conference dinner. The dinner will take place on Wednesday evening, 29 August 2012.
Invited speakers wishing to reserve for the dinner are kindly requested to return us the filled out dinner form.
This form can also be used in case a participant who is
already registered on line, would like to order any additional
dinner.
Summer School on “Frontiers of Solid-State Light Sources”:
PhD Students and Postdocs who have paid for the conference fee are especially invited to attend the summer school. They will receive free entrance to the school.
The same rule will be applied for the full paying participants.
EPS Individual Members, Members of National Physical Societies who are members of EPS benefit from reduced fees.

All registration fees are net prices exempt from Value Added Tax.
The European Physical Society is a French registered association for
non profit and is not liable to VAT. For this reason the
Society does not possess a VAT number.
(*) Applications for the student rates must include a photocopy of an official student identity card, which must also be presented on-site when collecting registration materials.

Technical Digest
The registration fee includes one technical digest in CD-format, provided pre-registration is made by the participant.
Additional copies of the digest may be ordered, at a cost of Euro 25 per digest.
Only electronic registrations are accepted. The early bird registration fees apply for payments made prior 16 July 2012. In case the payment is not done by that deadline, the late bird registration fees apply.

Cancellation policy:
An
administration charge of euro 50 will be made for processing refunds. A
request for cancellation must be made in writing. In the case of
cancellation, requests received on or before 1st July 2012 will be
refunded (less the administration charge). No refunds will be available
if notice of cancellation is received after 1st July 2012.
