Poster Session

Poster sessions for contributed papers have been a major attraction at recent conferences.The  poster presentation provides a close interaction between the presenter and the viewer. To allow participants to see as many posters as possible, 3 sessions are organised from Tuesday 28th August to Thursday 30th August 2012. All posters will be displayed in main hall area of AlbaNova the first. Coffee breaks and table top exhibition will be held in the same area in order to promote interaction. There will be no oral presentations during this time.

Each author is provided with one bulletin board measuring 1m in width and 2m in height on which to display a summary of the paper. Fixing material will be provided. The boards will be grouped by sessions and marked with the paper session code.

All authors are requested to display posters on their allocated boards in the morning of the day of their presentation. Posters still in their places in the evening will be removed and discarded by the conference organiation. In order to present their worl and answer questions, authors are requested to be present in the vicinity of their poster during the poster session.

Speakers' Information

Oral sessions:
The presentation times for oral sessions are as follows:

Keynote talks are scheduled for 45 minutes presenation including 10 minutes for discussion
Invited talks are scheduled for 30 minutes presentation including 10 minutes for discussion
Oral contributed talks are scheduled for 15 minutes presentation including 5 minutes for discussion.

All presentations will take place in the Oscar Klein Auditorium at AlbaNova.
A PC with Windows XP/Windows 7, Power Point (for ppt format files) and adobe reader (for pdf format file) will be available.
Authors will transfer their oral presentation file by USB memory stick or CD-Rom.
