About FEE
Since 18 years FEE grows crystals for optical applications. The delivery program includes crystal like Nd:YAG, Yb:YAG and Er:YAG as well as nonlinear optical crystals for SHG and THG like BiBO and KNbO3 FEE is worlwide one of the few producers of high quality TGG. The growth of customer specific crystals with special dopants or modified host lattices, also as substrates for epitaxial growth, is possible. FEE has a wide expert knowledge in processing and polishing of laser crystals, especially for sensitive materials like TGG or NLO crystals and for thin discs down to lower than 100 um A outstanding feature of FEE is the ability to grow segmented crystals with a patended growth process.
About High Q Laser
High Q Laser (foudend 1999, ISO 9001: 2008 certified) develops, manufactures and distribues a complete range of solid-state pico-and femtosecond oscillators and amplifiers for scientific, medical and industrial markets offering standard as well as individually customized ultrafast laser systems. By employing a modular product concept, High Q laser can quickly tailor ultrafast products for use in OEM, imaging, medical, nano processing, semiconductor and research applications.
The High Q Laser product range comprises four different laser series:
- TRAIN series: Compact, all-diode-pumped, solid-state laser fs-and ps-oscillators up to 50 W
- REGEN series: All-In-One ps-and fs-regenerative amplifier systems up to 30 W High energy version for ps systems up to 1 J pulse energy
- NOVA series: Cavity-dumped systems
- TUNE series: Tunable systems by utilizing OPO and NOPA technology
All laser systems are based on the unique techniques of direct diode-pumping and semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM) mode locking.
The High Q Laser technology inherently leads to high temporal and spatial stability in a TEM00 beam profile. The set up of High Q Laser systems is compact and extremely modular providing robustness, ease-of-use and true turnkey behaviour. Class 100 clean room production and the sealed-off technology leads to long life times, high up times and low cost of operation, saving time and budget.
Our new models, picoREGENTM Industrial and femtoREGENTM Industrialn are amplifier systems tailored for an application in nano and micro processing.
The new picoEMERALDTM is an all-in-one light source for CARS and multi photon microscopy. our femtoTUNE is an NOPA delivering tunable pulses from the UV to the IR at pulse durations of 30 fs at up to 500 kHz repetition rate.
